One Primegoodss Account, Two Platforms — A Seamless Login Experience Is Here
We’re excited to share an important update that brings the Primegoodss ecosystem closer together.
Now, your Primegoodss account can now be used across both the Primegoodss App and the official website, making it easier to access your information and subscriptions, no matter where you log in.
For users who previously maintained separate accounts for each platform — or needed to create new ones when switching between the App and website — this update removes that friction. If you’ve placed an order on the website, you can easily access those orders within the App. It’s all in one place, under one account.
What’s Changed?
For the first time, order-related information is accessible across platforms:
- Orders placed on the official website can now be accessed directly in the Primegoodss App. In the “My Account” page, tap on “Order Management” to view all your website orders in one place.
- Cloud-based service subscriptions made in the App will soon be accessed across both the App and the website, offering a more unified experience.
Who’s Affected?
This update currently applies to users in the US and UK. Whether you're just joining Primegoodss or have been with us for years, here's how it works:
New to Primegoodss?
Register on either platform and gain instant access to both.
Already part of the Primegoodss community?
Use the same login for both the website and App, regardless of where you registered first.
If your App and website accounts use different emails, we recommend updating your App email to match the one used on the website to unify access.
